Annetta was a telephone operator for the local phone company. When she fell ill with acute appendicitis her father didn't think she was sick enough to call a doctor. By the time he did it was too late. Annetta died of septic poisoning. I am told that Annetta and Odelia were very close and I believe it was my Father who told me that Odelia never really forgave her father for not calling the doctor sooner. Her funeral arrangements were handled by the Lippert Funeral Home in Kitchener. A little piece of trivia is that she died the day before the Titanic sank.
