Mr. Ralph G. Elliott, Sr., age 81, of 904 Raton Court, Manitowoc, died Wednesday
evening September 23, 1992, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday September 26, 1992, at
Reinbold Pfeffer Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home. Rev. William B. Plank and Deacon
Al Boldt officiating. Burial will be at Branch Evergreen Cemetery, Branch, Wis.
He was born October 24, 1910, in the Town of Chase, Brown County, son of the late
George and Tillie Lewis Elliott. For 24 years he owned and operated Elliot's Bar
in the Town of Liberty. He was employed at Manitowoc Shipbuilding Company for many
years, and then at Quality Beverage until his retirement. He was married to
Marian A. Springstube on December 6, 1941, at Waukegan, Ill. They celebrated 50
years of marriage together.
Survivors include his wife Marian, sons and daughters include, Lloyd and Delores,
Manitowoc, Paul Elliott, Manitowoc, Judith Ann Wiegert and a special friend, Stephen
Dombrowski, Manitowoc, Ralph G. and Patricia Elliott Jr. and Dale K. and Barbara
Elliott, Branch, a special friend, Mrs. Pearl Schmidt, Manitowoc, 16 grandchildren,
23 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by a daughter,
Joan, a son George, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Reinbold Pfeffer Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home from
5-8 p.m. on Friday.
