David A. Childs, 12, a seventh grade student at Wilson Junior High School, Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Wednesday at school.
Private family funeral services will be at Schneider-Mittnacht Funeral Home, Manitowoc, with burial in Branch Evergreen Cemetery.
Survivors include his parents, Vernon and Evelyn Childs. A brother, two sisters, of Branch and grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
There will be no visitation. Memorials in daily life "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you." Other memorials may be made to the Heart Fund or charity or church of the donor's choice.
