Pauline Auldredge Owenby, 87, died June 14th. A native of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Claude and Octavia Auldredge.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Owenby; son, Larry Owenby and brother, Max Auldredge.
She is survived by her grandson, Mark Owenby, and his wife, Beth, of Asheville; daughter-in-law, Debbie Owenby and sisters, Nanette Dowdle, Frances Ball, of Asheville, Jean Hunter of Birmingham, AL, Virginia Tweed of Hendersonville and Vivian Scott of Fletcher.
