Harry H. Ainslie, 59, Accountant, Dies
Death Follows Six Weeks' Illness; Rites Set for Monday
Harry H. Ainslie, 59 years old, an accountant with Humphrey Robinson & Co., died at 11:30 Saturday morning at St. Anthony's Hospital, after an illness of six weeks.
Mr. Ainslie's grandfather founded the Ainslie-Cochran Foundry in Louisville more than 100 years ago and manufactured steamboat engines. His father served as manager of the foundry until it ceased operations many years ago.
Mr. Ainslie was the father of Albert Ainslie, employed in the advertising department of The Courier-Journal and The Louisville Times. He is survived also by his widow, Mrs. Emma Wyman Ainslie; two other sons, Harry Ainslie and George W. Ainslie; a daughter, Mrs. Everett Crawley; his mother, Mrs. Lucy Virginia Ainslie, and a sister, Mrs. Helm Bohannon of Anderson, Ind.
….Burial will be in Cave Hill Cemetery.
