He was the beloved husband of the late Muriel E. (Kirkland) Rossi who died on April 15, 1992 with whom he shared 35 years of marriage.
Nicholas was born in Waltham, MA, September 25, 1931, the son of the late Joseph and Nunziata (Penaggio) Iarossi. A veteran of the United States Army he served during the Korean War.
He was employed as a carpenter in the Pepperell area for many years until his retirement. He shared his talents to help his children build their homes.
He enjoyed surf fishing at Plum Island, was an avid fan of the New York Giants and the Boston Bruins, and loved his rescued cats and birds.
Burial in Association Cemetery, Park Street, Pepperell, MA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nick's memory to Townsend Veterinary Hospital, 354 Main Street, Townsend, MA 01469 to assist elderly pet owners with veterinary expenses.
