Mildred I. Rhoads of Crawfordsville died at 3:57 p.m. Thursday at St. Elizabeth Central, Lafayette. She was 85.
Mrs. Rhoads had worked at Colleen's Hallmark for many years
She was a member of First Christian Church and a 1944 graduate of Wingate High School.
She was born Jan. 4, 1927, at Crawfordsville, Frank and Mary Fielden Carroll. She married Robert Rhoads in 1945. He is deceased.
Survivors include: son Lloyd (Linda) Rhoads of Cedalia, Mo.; daughter Janet (David) Crumm of Crawfordsville; brothers, Russell and Wilbur Carroll; sisters, Patricia Young and Alice Deckard; four grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Brothers, Edward, Norman, Winton and Jesse Carroll are deceased.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Monday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, with the Rev. Keith Strain officiating. Burial will be at Mace Cemetery. Friends may call noon to 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
