Ancil Porter Nowlin
AJO -- Ancil Porter Nowlin, 39, died at the New Cornelia Hospital Wednesday after a heart attack at a baseball game. He was born in McCurtain, Okla., and had lived in Arizona 14 years, and in Ajo the past seven years.
He was employed as a burner in a Phelps Dodge shop.
Funeral services will be at 5 p.m. today in the Baptist Church in Ajo.
Graveside services and burial will be 1:30 tomorrow at Twin Buttes Cemetery in Tempe.
Survivors include his wife, Winifred;
a daughter Mrs. Wanda Jo LeBouf, Ajo;
another daughter, Bobby Lou Cameron, Phoenix;
his mother, Mrs. Narcissus Yerbury "Nancy" (Goldsborough) Creswell, Willcox;
sisters Mrs. Charlene Whelan, Wilcox;
Mrs. Una Corley, Stanfield;
Mrs. Vesta Lorenzes, Ajo;
and a brother, Hansfred Nowlin, Oklahoma.
