ELKHART -- Patricia Dee Dingess, 55, of San Jose Boulevard, died at 11 a.m. Thursday (July 27, 2000) at Elkhart General Hospital.
She was born Nov. 7, 1944, in South Bend to Alice Monhaut Hartman and married Shannon Dingess in Elkhart on Oct. 16, 1965. He died Jan. 17, 1995.
Mrs. Dingess is survived by two daughters, Theresa and Diana Dingess, both of Elkhart; a son, Andrew of Elkhart; one granddaughter; her mother, of Osceola; and two brothers, Wayne R. (Elaine) Matthews of Elkhart and Mark A. (Donna) Matthews of Bristol.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Palmer Funeral Home in Osceola, where the service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Elden Miller officiating. Burial will be at Olive West Cemetery in Wakarusa.
Mrs. Dingess worked as a computer programmer at Steel Warehouse in South Bend.
Memorials may be given to Elkhart Community Hospice Inc.
