Alice Springer YAUGHER (1855-1923)
MRS. ALICE YAUGHER
Mrs. Alice Yaugher, aged 68 years, wife of William Yaugher, died at the family home on the New Salem Road, Tuesday, March 13, 1923, at 12:50 p.m., following an illness of complication of diseases.
She was the daughter of Dennis and Margaret Springer. She is survived by her husband, William Yaugher, and the following children; Mrs. A Hager, Connellsville; Mrs. O. E. Bortz, Uniontown; Dennis J. Yaugher, New Salem Road.
Two sisters; Mrs. Susan Martin, Coolspring, and Mrs. Frank Harris, Yanklon, South Dakota also survive.
Funeral services will be held from the late home Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with Rev. Holden officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
