John Coleman Rites Are Held

Services for John T. Coleman, 72, who died last Thursday morning in the Oswego Hospital, were held from St, John's Church Saturday morning at 9 a.m. with solemn high mass of requiem celebrated by the Rev. William J. Shanahan. Interment was made in Pulaski Cemetery.

He had been a patient in the hospital for 10 days, having been in poor health for some time.

His only survivor is one brother, William Coleman of this village, and several cousins.

Mr. Coleman was born in Pulaski July 27, 1881, the son of Thomas and Catherine Wilson Coleman. For many years he was dispatcher at Richland with
the St. Lawrence Division of the New York Central Railroad later moving to DeKalb. He had worked as bookkeeper at the Randall Hotel for several years and at one time operated the Market Basket store in Pulaski.

He retired several years ago from active duty.

He was a communicant of St. John's Church and a member of the Holy Name Society and the Notrunal Adoration Society.
