Grove, daughter of the late Patrick and Bridget Cavanaugh. She was married Nov. 10, 1909, to George O'Connell at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Maple Grove, and the couple farmed in the Town of Maple Grove, later moving to Reedsville. Mrs. O'Connell was a Gold Star Mother and a member of Kubale - O'Connell Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6179 Auxiliary, Gosz-Novak Post No. 199, American Legion, Auxiliary and St. Ann Christian Mothers Altar Society of St. Mary Church.
She is survived by three sons, Clifton, of Reedsville, Gerald, of Manitowoc and Harold of Pocatello, Idaho, a brother, Thomas J. Cavanaugh, of Reedsville, 12 grandchildren and a great grandchild. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
