The Lewis County native was a graduate of Summertown High School.
During his career as a mechanical technician with the Tennessee Army National Guard he served two deployments in Iraq and a tour of duty in Honduras.
Mr. Riddle was a member of Columbia Elks Lodge #686 and served as Esquire.
He had an avid interest in motorcycles and old cars and as a trained mechanic, was the proud owner of several older cars and hot rods. He also loved the outdoors, was a friend to all, and mentor to many young people.
Survivors include his sons, A. J. Riddle and Cody Riddle of Lynnville; mother, Gracie Zimmerman Riddle of Summertown; sister, Mickey Sue (Bill) Stutts of Lawrenceburg; brothers, Harold (Linda) Riddle of Summertown and Tommy (Georgie) Riddle of Ethridge; girl friend, Benida Blackburn of Columbia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Pinkney Riddle and son, Travis Wesley Riddle.
