Gladys Gibson Glover Haymore (92) passed away on December 25, 2011. Born May 3, 1919 in York, SC, she was the daughter of Mason and Clara Glover. She was married to the late Samuel Preston Haymore who passed away on March 1, 1975. She retired after forty-two years from Dan River Mills. She was a member of Shermont Baptist Church. She is survived by sons: Richard Haymore (Neda) and Emory Haymore (Brenda); seven grandchildren; two sisters: Joyce Patterson and Vera Hagans; brothers: Bill Glover and Bob Glover. She was predeceased by a granddaughter: Tracy Haymore Owen; sisters: Virginia Baucom and Irene Glover; a brother: Dallas Glover.
Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens.
