MRS. MILDRED M. ROTSELL HARDING, 67, of 89 Beethoven Street, died at 3 a. m. yesterday at Lourdes Hospital, after a short illness. She is survived by her husband, Fred L. Harding of Binghamton; three daughters, Miss Lilia B. Harding and Mrs. George (Doris) Simkulet, both of Binghamton, and Mrs. Frances E. Seager of Cortland; two sons, Charles K. of Miami, Fla., and Fred L. Harding, Jr., of Addison; a sister, Mrs. Frank Thornton of Binghamton; a brother, Raymond K. Rotsell of Miami; six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, its Rosary-Altar
Society and the WBA Review, 355. The body was moved to the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home 137 Robinson Street, and was to be taken to her home late yesterday, where friends may call
