MAYFIELD, Ky. -- Services for Joe Pyle, 70, of Mayfield will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Byrn Funeral Home. Jerry Mayes will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Mr. Pyle died at 7:56 p.m. Monday at Columbia PineLake Regional Hospital.
Mr. Pyle was retired parts manager for Ford-Richardson Inc. A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Surviving are his wife, Jackie Ford Pyle; two sons, Keith Pyle of Franklin, Tenn., and Chris Pyle of Wingo; one daughter, Kay Pyle Bell of Mayfield; one brother, Maurice Pyle of Mayfield; and six grandchildren.
His parents were Joseph Huey and Alma Loafman Pyle.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 8 p.m. today..
