No further information available at this time.

He was the co-pilot in an OV-10A on the night of Jul 19th when shot down in the Three Sisters Mountains near the Cambodian border, 45 miles west of Saigon, in IV Corps of South Vietnam.

He was flying with LT Aubrey Martin, who was also killed.
