Hardin---Kenneth F Fox Sr, manager of Fox Oil Co., died Tuesday of a heart attack while visiting friends in Leucadia, CA. He was in Born in Chicago, 111., a son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. Fox, he grew up in Valverda, Utah, and worked for Shell Oil Co. in Los Angeles and Oakland, Calif., Great Falls and Spokane, Wash. After moving to Hardin in 1946, he and two brothers operated Fox Oil Co., Triangle Motor Co. and Fox Service Center. He also was a vice president of Great Northern Drilling Co. For many years Mr. Fox was chairman of Big Horn County Republican Central Committee. He was a past president of Hardin Chamber of Commerce, a DeMolay Dad, and a member of Dixielander dance band. Kiwanis Club, Masonic Lodge, Royal Arch Masons, York Rite and Al Bedoo Shrine.

In 1932 Mr. Fox married Lillie M. Hansen in Salt Lake City; she died in 1975. He married Mary Lou Martindale on Feb. 28. 1978. in Sheridan, Wyo. Survivors include his wife; four sons, Kenneth Jr. of San Martin, Calif., Patrick of New York City, N.Y., James of Palo Alto, Calif., and David of Logan, Utah; three brothers, Richard Fox and Charles O. Lundberg, both of Hardin, and Frank Lundberg of Rialto, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Tom (Grace) Brady of St. George, Utah; and 11 grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Bullis Funeral Chapel with burial in Hardin Cemetery..
