DIES AT NORFOLK
CIVIL WAR VETERAN PASSES
AWAY AFTER LONG
ILLNESS
Norflk, Oct. 17 -- Patrick Quigley,
???? passed away at his farm
???? village on Sunday night,
???? an illness of two years. Mr.
???? suffered a shock about two
???? and for the past year
???? ?pless.
???? was a veteran of the civil war
???? passing leaves only two Civil
???? veterans in the town of Norfolk,
???? Dennis, aged 98 and George
???? aged 87.
???? Quigley was take prisoner by
????, during the war and was
???? Libbey prison until an ex-
???? of prisoners could be ar-
???? he also received a bullet
???? his arm during one of the
???? battles of the war.
He is survied by eight children all
???? reside in Norfolk. His wife
???? a year ago and since that
?????? been faithfully cared for
???????? his son, Thomas
???? suddenly a few months ago.
Funeral ervices were held at the
???? Catholic church on Tuesday
???? Rev J. J. Kelly officianting.
The World War Veterans head a mili-
tary burial at the Roman Catholic
Cemetery.
