Shawn Michael Morrow, age 37, of Murphy, NC passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2012.
He was a native of Cherokee County, NC and the son of Bruce Allen Morrow and the late Sandy Diane Gibson Morrow. Shawn was owner and operator of Morrows Lawn and Tree Service. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Shawn loved spending time with his family.
In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Marvin Reed and paternal grandmother, Lorene Morrow.
In addition to his father he is survived by his wife of 15 years Robin Reed Morrow; two sons, Michael Allen Morrow and Marcus McKinley Morrow both of Murphy; two daughters, Kristen Diane Morrow and Hailey Lorene Morrow bother of Murphy; four brothers, Jeremy Morrow and wife, Amy, Joshua Morrow, Justin Morrow and Jacob Morrow all of Murphy; two sisters, Rachel Morrow of Jackson, GA and Jessica and her husband Ken of Murphy; mother-in-law, Kathy Dockery Reed; paternal grandfather, Rev. Everett Morow; maternal grandparents, Mack and Juanita Gibson and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Sunday, June 17, 2012 at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy. Rev. Doug Howard and Rev. Everett Morrow will officiate. Burial will be in the Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Morrow, Glen Coker, Jacob Morrow, Justin Morrow, Josh Morrow and Mike Morrow. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Owenby and Ken Ennis.
