Prayers for Kevin Mark Chojnacki, 38, will be said at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Road (three blocks south of Biesterfield Road), Elk Grove Village. A Mass will follow at 11:30 a.m. at St. Julian Eymard Church. Born in West Allis, Wis., he died Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2003. Interment will be in St. Michael Cemetery. Kevin was the beloved husband of Susan (nee Fredrickson); loving son of Michael and Carol; dear brother of Kip (Stephanie) Chojnacki, Kim (Peter) Henschel and Kolleen (Terry) Puffer; cherished uncle of Kip Jr. (Kendra), Krystal, Charlie, Dan, Sean, Becky, Nicole, James, Chad, Sean, Jennifer and Gina; dear son-in-law of Rose Fredrickson; and fond brother-in-law of Denise (Scott) Stevens and Mike (Sue) Fredrickson. He is also survived by many loving aunts and uncles. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, at the funeral chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
