He died at Beverly Health Care.
Henry was born to George and Mary Josephine (Thoene) Heine. He grew up in the Bow Valley Area. On February 1, 1937 he married Mary Burbach at Hartington. They farmed in the Crofton area from 1937-1944. He returned to the Bow Valley area where he continued to farm. He moved to Bow Valley in 1986.
He was a member of the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Bow Valley and The Catholic Order of Foresters.
Survivors included his five children and their spouses, Eleanor (Jerome) Feilmeier, Hartington; Richard (Ruth) Heine, Bow Valley; Bernice Tramp, Yankton; Dennis (Judy) Heine, Yankton; Jim (Deb) Heine, Sioux Falls; twenty grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary in October 1994; one daughter, Irma Jean Heine; one grandchild; parents; three brothers, August, Bruno and Ludwig Heine; one sister, Anna Mary Rolfes.
