Pamela Sue Crutchfield, 53, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 10:12 p.m. at the Ft. Madison Community Hospital.
She was born on October 30, 1958, in Ft. Madison to David and Shirley Burdette Hauck. On May 17, 1980, Pam married. She worked for Wabash and Fruehauf for numerous years and then worked for Siemen's as a logistic manager. Pam was very involved in the United Way, Lee County Economic Development and was also a former President of the Southeast Iowa Transportation Club for many years. She was a supporter of PAW Animal Shelter and enjoyed flowers, gardening, traveling and was an avid Green Bay Packer Fan.
She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.
