Per Sherree (47632171), attached is a bio for Morgan Groover:

Morgan was living in Tempe, AZ when he entered the service and served aboard the heavy cruiser USS SAINT PAUL (CA 73).

He and five other seamen were listed as Missing in Action, when the whaleboat they were in disappeared in Inchon Harbor, South Korea on March 11, 1951.

Ensign Groover was awarded the Purple Heart, the Combat Action Ribbon, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
