Tragedy had struck twice today at the home of Amos Good, West Fourth Steet, Marion. When he called relatives in Indianapolis Sunday to reveal the death of his wife, Essie Grace Good, he was informed of the death of his brother, Dr. I. J. Good, Indianapolis, former Marion resident.
Mrs. Good died suddenly Sunday morning, and Coroner B. C. Dale, who was called to investigate, said death was caused by coronary thrombosis. She had been in ill health. however, for several months.
A member of the First United Brethern Church, Mrs. Good also was affiliated with the Shugart Women's Christian Temperance Union.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at the church in which she was a member. Rev. A. Bash Arford, pastor, will conduct the rites, and burial will be in the IOOF cemetery.
Survivors include the husband, one daughter, Mrs. Helen Young, and a grandson, all of Marion.
