Lois Blair, age 99, formerly of Fairmount, IN, died Friday, February 22, 2013, at York House Assisted Living in Marion, IN.
She was the daughter of the late James H. Blair and the late Lydia A., Dirting Blair. She was born in Delaware County, Indiana on December 14, 1913. She was a teacher for 34 years in central and northeastern Indiana retiring from Mississinewa in 1973. She was the last surviving Blair of the the Blair Family Scholarship Trusts.
Lois is survived by several nieces and nephews and preceded in death by 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
Arrangements are being handled by Armes-Hunt Funeral Home, 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, IN. Services were private.
