Mrs. Morgan died Sunday, June 10, at her home. She was born Dec. 16, 1945, in Crossville, Ala. She was an active member of Abundant Grace Church. She was also a dedicated mother, grandmother and was a prayer warrior.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Irwin Speakman and Bessie Massey Davis; and a grandson, Rylan Blackwood.
Survivors include two daughters, Sheila (Rocky) Blackwood and Lea (Allen) Kinney; two brothers, Lummie (Sue) Speakman and Frank (Imogene) Speakman; a sister, Marie Watne; four grandchildren, Hunter Barnett, Maneka Blackwood, Grant Henderson and Jaden Blackwood; a host of nieces, nephews, friends and church family; and a stubborn dog, "Dixie".
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
