son of Allan and Mary Russell HUNTING; 1963-graduated Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT; an International Voluntary Services worker serving in Vietnam's Mekong Delta was found dead after being shot in an ambush by VietCong. He had worked with students and farmers on educational, agricultural and construction projects. In 1968, as a living tribute to Peter, the Peter Hunting Memorial Library was erected in the city of Phan Rang, Vietnam, where he had worked during his first tour with IVS.
