Fleming Rites
The funeral for Cecelia Fleming, 92, 3412 4th Ave. S., who died Tuesday evening in a local hospital, will be at the Holy Family Church Saturday at 11:15 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Mrs. Fleming had lived in this area since she was a young girl coming with her family from her birthplace, Owen Sound, Ont. The family farmed south of Great Falls and later homesteaded east of Belt. After her marriage to George Fleming in 1920, the couple ranched east of Fort Benton until Fleming's death in 1932. Mrs. Fleming then worked in restaurants in Fort Benton, Belt and Great Falls.
In recent years she had lived with a niece, Mrs. James E. (Jane) O'Reilly. Also surviving are nephews, Francis O'Reilly and Paul Robin, both of Great Falls, Henry O'Reilly, Helena, Matthew Boyle, Billings; and seven nieces and nephews in other states.
