WILL HOLD FLEMING SERVICES THURSDAY
Funeral services for Mrs. R. A. Fleming who died unexpectedly at her home here Saturday following a heart attack, will be held in the Methodist church at two o'clock Thursday afternoon. Rev. E. T. Cooprider will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Park cemetery.
Mrs. Fleming, who was 61 years of age, was born at Steamboat, Ill., March 30, 1883. She came to Chandler in 1895 and was married to Chas. Kirkpatrick in 1904. They had five sons, Frank, Richard, Hurlbut, William and Jack. Richard and Jack are in the service. Hurlbut is a prisoner of war; Frank resides in Chandler and William is a resident of Needles, Calif. Mr. Kirkpatrick died in 1926.
On March 2, 1936 she was married to R. A. Fleming at Lovell, Arkansas, and shortly afterwards they returned to Chandler and have made their home here since. Besides Mr. Fleming and the five sons she is survived by a brother, Dr. E. F. Hurlbut, of Meeker.
