Memorial services for Mona Harper, 47 of Ringling will be 3:00 PM Tuesday June 12, 2012 at her daughter's (Pattie -Fuston) residence, with Jason Baker speaking.
Mona was born January 11, 1965 in Freeport TX to Allen and Nita June (Gay) Risinger. She departed this life June 8, 2012 in Ardmore. Mona was raised and attended school in Freeport, she married Charles (C.W.) Harper on January 29, 1981 in Crane, TX making their home there before moving to Dallas and then to Ringling in 1987. Mona enjoyed being a stay at home mom, family was very important to her, she always put their needs before hers, especially her children and grandchildren. They were the light of her life and and she dearly loved each and every one of them, as they did her. She was of the Baptist faith. She is truly going to be missed by not only her family but by her many friends.
Mona was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Naomi Jones, an infant brother Johnny Ray Risinger.
She is survived by her husband C.W, of the home, two sons Charles W. Harper Jr and Zack A. Risinger, two daughters Pattie Fuston and Neta Harper all of Ringling; three brothers Randy Risinger, Salt Creek, TX; Gary Risinger, Angleton, Tx; Frank Risinger, Ringling OK; four sisters Rhonda Ling, Bastrop, TX; Theresa Bree, Dyersburg, Tenn; Bernetta Corona, Lake Jackson, Tx; Marla Jones, Clute, TX; five grandchildren Charlie Fuston, Trinity Sirpless, Brooke Fuston, Maci Fuston and Baylee Harper.
