One of the founding fathers of Chester Township, Meigs County, Ohio. Isaac Augustine Webster came to Ohio with father, Augustine Webster (1768-1850), and mother Mary Tyler (1775-1858) around 1810-1811. Isaac Augustine built his homestead in Chester Township, on Route 7, just east of Chester/Meigs Line, where all of his 8 children were born. His children were : Reuben (1826-1899), Lovina (1828-1860), Gilbert George (1831-1901), Wesley Wentworth (1835-1905), Nancy Maria (1838-1908), Isaac Newton (1841-1911), Lydia Verlina (1845-1920), and Mary Adriann (1848-1920).
