Philemon Gustavus Fisher died Thursday, Jan 18 of Typhoid pnewmonia. He was the son of the late Lewis H. Fisher and was born in Herschbush, Germany, in 1846. He had been a residet of Glover nearly all his life, moving to Morristown four years ago. He enlisted in C. D, 11th regiment and he was a member of the Mason G.A.R. Post and its commander. He leaves to mourn his loss a wife and two daughters. Mrs Henry Paquette and Freda, also two brothers, Henry Fisher of Idaho, Christopher C. Fisherof Wolcott, and one sister, Mrs. George McKelty of Wolcott. Funeral services were held at his late home and the body was placed in the tomb until spring when it will be brought to Glover and placed beside his first wife.
