Mildred Estelle Davis, 85, of Tanner, AL, passed away on Friday, June 8, 2012 at her daughter's home.
She was a retired seamstress and loved to garden and quilt. She was a member of the Madison Street Baptist Church. She loved her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter, Millie Vickers and husband Donald of Athens; a son, Wesley Davis and wife Beverly of Elkmont; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wallace Davis and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be Sunday, June 10, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Ray Pettit and Randy Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
