Katherine G. (Verhoeff) Boisvert, 59, a resident of Anacortes, died on Friday, June 25, 1982, at her home following an extended illness.

She was born on October 7, 1922, in Denver, Colo., the daughter to the late Lyman and Dora Verhoeff.

She came to Anacortes with her parents in 1937 and was a 1940 graduate of Anacortes High School.

Her marriage to Paul L. Boisvert took place on November 7, 1971, in Reno.

She had been employed by the Washington State Ferry System for 22 years as a ticket seller, prior to her retirement due to ill health in September, 1971.

Mrs. Boisvert was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church, Anacortes, and the Ladies Auxiliary of Anacortes Aerie No. 249, Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Memorials are suggested to Community Homewell, Mount Vernon, or to the Kathy Verhoeff Scholarship Fund, c/o Olympic Bank of Anacortes, or to the Ramp Fund of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Anacortes.
