Elizabeth "Lib" Caneer Johnson died Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at the NHC Health Care Center in Kennett, Missouri.

Born August 9, 1921, at Senath, Missouri. She was the daughter of the late Brady and Pearl Edmonston Caneer.

She married H.M. Johnson, who proceeded her in death on August 25, 2000.

She was proceeded in death by two sons, H.M. Johnson Jr., and James Brady Johnson, one daughter Elizabeth "Sam" Johnson, two brothers J.B. and Lon Caneer, and two sisters, Mildred and Jean Lo.

Survivors include 2 sons Tom Johnson and wife Teresa of Senath; one brother Robert Caneer and wife Faye, of Senath; and several grandchildren.

The funeral services were held at the McDaniel Chapel in Senath with the Rev. Dale Rickman officiating. Burial followed in Memorial Gardens in Kennett, Missouri.

Pallbearers were Mike Todd, Don Wallace, Tommy Wilkens, Al Purvis, Kevin Holms, and John Raines.
