Opal was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Malvern serving as a teacher for the adult women's class for several years. She loved flower gardening, sewing and crocheting, often giving the fruits of her efforts to others.
She is survived by son, W.S. (Frances) Cagle of Malvern; daughter, Annette Cagle (Bob) Arthur of Conway; four grandchildren, Cheryl Cagle (Pat) Bunch of Arkadelphia, James (Angela)Cagle of Malvern, Monique Watts (Blair) Woods of Buffalo, N.Y., and Sean (Kimberly) Watts of Chicago, Ill.; nine great-grandchildren, Christopher Smith, Taylor, Hannah, Emmaly, and Madalyne Watts, Amy and Wesley Vandergriff, Nathaniel and Kristen Cagle
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Wallace J. Cagle and J.K. Clifton; one sister, Vivian Baker and two brothers, Ray and Carlton Dawson.
