Dale P. Appel, 44, of Holtwood, PA, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 3, 2012 at his home.
He was the companion of Kimberly Lloyd.
Dale had been employed as a roofer for Kautz Construction, Lancaster.
He enjoyed restoring vehicles, fishing, boating and shooting pool. He was a member of the Pequea Boat Club, and the Mt Nebo Sports Farm.
Dale was born in Lancaster, a son of the late Elwood S. and Charlotte R. Osborne Appel.
He is survived by 6 children; Dale Appel, Jr, Peach Bottom,, Elijah Appel, Kinzer, Savannah, Anya Mae, Issibella, Josephine, all of Kinzer, brothers'; Douglas N, husband of Gloria, Holtwood, David E., husband of Vanessa, Drumore, Daniel E, husband of Deborah, Peach Bottom, Dwayne E., Drumore, sister; Debra Barker, Holtwood.
