Her life at the court was influenced by plotting, hate and slandering against her. She failed to give birth to a heir to the throne. She retired and became the nurse of her husband. She got depressions and the first signs of a mental illness began to show. The marriage that had started as a harmonic one became stressed. Religious discussions about the 'true' faith strained the relationship furthermore. She was sent to the village of Perwenitz where her illness was treated.
