Marvin "Trouble" Brady Scarbrough
(January 16, 1947 - July 26, 2010)

Funeral services for Mr. Marvin Brady Scarbrough, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 31, 2010 in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, with Reverend Bob Boyt officiating. Interment will be in Springhill Cemetery, Ball, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mr. Scarbrough, age 63, of Dry Prong, entered eternal rest on Monday, July 26, 2010 at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He was a retired machinist with Dresser Industries. He was a member of Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA). He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of ABATE Cycle Association. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving two tours in the Vietnam War; at the rank of Staff Sgt. He was a member of the Curtis T. Hines Masonic Lodge #317. He was a member of the York Rite Bodies of Alexandria, Keystone Chapter #44.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Vera Bell and Sidney Scarbrough; two brothers, Wayne Scarbrough and Bill Scarbrough.

He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Joanne Scarbrough of Dry Prong; two daughters, Tammy Desadier-McCracken (Tommy) of Dry Prong, Brenda Brown (Danny) of Dry Prong; one brother, Tommy Scarbrough (Alice) of Alabama; three sisters, Judy Emfinger of Alabama, Mary Edwards (Jimmy) of Alabama and Ann Martin (Danny) of Alabama; three grandchildren, Courtney Perrine, Heather Perrine and Harley Angel Scarbrough.

Pallbearers will be John CoCo, Tommy Dauzart, Dickie Futrell, Pete LeBeouf, Larry Tucker, Mike Roberts, Jr., Ronnie Canoe and Marshal Free. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy McCracken, Danny Brown.

Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Friday, July 30, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, July 31, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service at 10:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to A.B.A.T.E. and B.A.C.A.

There will be a motorcycle procession and all motorcycles are invited to ride.
