Tanzyus-Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of the arrangements. Tim was born January 4, 1967 in Decatur the son of Charles E. and Kathleen N. Isaacs Lane. He graduated from Stephen Decatur High School. He worked as a nurse's aide at Aspen Ridge Care Centre. Surviving are his mother and step-father; Kathleen and Richard Sprague of Kempton, IN., daughter; Miranda Lane of Decatur, twin brother; David (Tammy) Lane of Decatur, companion; Alicia Spaugh, 1 niece and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, sister Gerry Banks and brother-in-law Phillip Banks.
