Mr. Clancy was a communicant of St. Alphonsus Church.
A Navy veteran of World War II, Mr. Clancy was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Surviving are his wife, the former Joan Tyrala; a son, Michael of Auburn; a brother, William of Rhode Island; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday in St. Alphonsus Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Langham Funeral Home, 91 E. Genesee St.
