Mary Arbogast Died Suddenly At Home, Rites Set Thursday
Mrs. Mary Arbogast, 75, died suddenly at her home in Miller tween 1 noon and 1 o'clock.
Mrs. Arbogast, who had had a heart condition for several years, was found dead by her son, Theodore, who had gone to her home to take her to a doctor for a check-up. He had talked with her at noon, and made arrangements. When he had visit her Sunday, she had felt ill, but said she would wait until the next day to see a doctor.
Funeral services have been set for Thursday afternoon, at 2 o'clock at the Presbyterian Church, of which she was a member. Rev. Hume Ward will be the officiating clergyman. Interment will be made in the *G.A.R. cemetery.

Mc Carl, Duane Robinson and G.W. Johnson came to South Dakota with her son are the active pallbearers.
Born in Iowa in 1882, Mary Johnson parents when she was only a child, and was reared here. December 29, 1901, she was married to O.W. Arbogast, and they established their home on a farm in Mondamin township. They continued to farm there until 1944, when Mr. Arbogast's health failed and they moved to Miller.
Since her husband's death in 1954, Mrs. Arbogast had continued to make her home here, except for occasional visits with her children.
Surviving are eight children, six daughters, Mrs. Ronald Waring, Miller, Mrs. Gordon Hamilton, Custer, Mrs. Bud Davis, Albany, Ore., Mrs. Orville Johnson, Mrs. Willard Yost and Mrs. Myron Waring, Miller, and two sons, Theodore of Miller and Chester of St. Lawrence.
