Hazel May Brooks Pitts, 77, of Orem passed away November 30, 2004 at her home. She was born May 8, 1927 to Frank Stulick and Ellen May Dixon in Colorado. She married Charles Leland Pitts on December 2, 1959 in the Manti LDS temple. She held many positions in the church, May excelled in handiwork including embroidery, crocheting. She is surived by her husband Charles Leland (Lee) Pitts her children, Carol and Gleen Alessandro, Sharon Andrews, Kenneth Pitts, Roger and Shauna Pitts, eight grandchildren and her adopted scout boys. Funeral services were held on December 3, 2004 with the interment in Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Sundberg Olpin Mortuary.
