Chas. Sumner NEIL was born in Champaign, Ill. on Dec. 27, 1856, and died at his home in Kinmundy on Feb. 12, 1916. On April 1, 1858 he and his parents moved to this city. He married on Sept. 9, 1885 to Miss Nancy SHRIVER, who survives. Five children were born, one daughter dying in infancy: Pauline Helen, William Lloyd, Charles Walter, and Harry Sumner. Also his mother, aged 94 years, and one brother, W.W. NEIL. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
