MISS ALICE ROBSON CALLED BY DEATH
E.P. Robson, manager of the Robson Manufacturing Company, received word of the death of his sister, Miss Alice Robson, yesterday afternoon in Watertown Hospital. She has been ailing for the past five weeks. Stomach trouble was the cause of the death, according to the relatives.
Miss Robson was born and raised in Wataga. Her age was 58 years.
There are left to survive her two brothers, E.P. and H.S. Robson, both of Wataga.
Private funeral services will be held in Wataga Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. She will be laid to rest in the family mauseleum in that city.

Miss Cora Alice Robson, only daughter of William and Martha J. Robson, was born in Rio, IL, Aug. 4, 1858 and died in the hospital at Watertown, IL, Tuesday, Aug. 22, 1916, after several weeks of stomach trouble. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. The deceased was a half-sister of E.P. and H.S. Robson. When eight years of age she moved to Wataga with her parents, where she grew to womanhood. She was a very bright and winsome girl, and was especially talented as an artist.
The remains were brought to Wataga on Thursday and the funeral, which was private, was held from the Robson home in the afternoon, conducted by the family's pastor, Rev. Albert Edward Pauley. The service of song was given by Mrs. Edna Masters and Miss Sarah Kunkle, who rendered the two beautiful selections, "Sunshine on the Hill," and "There'll be no Dark Valley."
The remains were deposited in the family mausoleum in the local cemetery.
