Mrs. Oliver R. Kessler

Hanover – Mrs. Ellen Maria Kessler expired at the home of her son, William Kessler, 2 Linden Avenue, Saturday night at 7:30 o'clock at the age of 84 years. She was a daughter of the late Henry and Mary Herbst Sterner.
She is survived by her husband, Oliver R. Kessler; six children, Mrs. Harvey Miller, Brodbecks RD 1; Mrs. Rose Albright, 512 Baltimore Street; Paul Kessler, Lineboro, Md.; Mrs. Jacob Teal, Hanover RD 1; Claude Kessler, Hanover RD 1, and William Kessler, with whom she resided, 27 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was a member of St. Paul's (Dubs) Church.
The funeral will be conducted from the W. A. Feiser Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. A. M. Hollinger, pastor of the West Manheim Lutheran charge, officiating. Interment will be in St. David's (Sherman's) Cemetery.
