Stephen Kelsey married to Charlotte Nichols, 1789-1824, and then Rachel Allen, 1798-1847, is found living with his sister, Thankful, in Ohio in Jun of 1860. So he is not the guy in CT who died in Feb 1860. I'm guessing he's at the same Woodstock, Ohio cemetery as his first wife, Charlotte. Wife, Rachel looks correct, but not Catherine Wright; she belongs with the guy in CT. per Barbara Camp #47745899]
