GEORGE RANKIN CORNELIUS of Oviedo, FL died at home. Hank was the son of Elijah Benson and Hattie Bynum Cornelius. Surviving are his wife of 66 years, Betty; children, David of Orange City, FL and Vicki (Rich) Erwin of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Michael (Crystal), Scott, Jade Emily and Violet Rae and sister, Uvalda Tupper. He was a WWII, U.S. Army Air Corp veteran, completed his education in NC and FL and retired after 65 years as an executive in insurance (CLU) and investment industries. He had been a Deacon of the University Baptist Church in Coral Gables, FL. A Memorial Service will be held on June 4, 2012 in Legacy Hall of the sanctuary of First Baptist Church Oviedo.
