Morgan Don Forbush, 71, of Springville passed away May 7, 2004. He was born August 22, 1932 to Melvin Alanzo Forbush and Vonda Tanner Forbush. He married Margene Meyer, she preceded him in death. He is survived by two daughters Valerie and Jackie. Graveside service held May 11, 2004 with interment in the Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Wheeler Mortuary.
